NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a physical meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company is being convened by Kevin Martin Eyles (Director), to be held at Poppleton & Appleby, The Silverworks, 67-71 Northwood Street, Birmingham B3 1TX on 15 July 2026 at 11.00 am for the purpose provided for in section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The meeting was requested by creditors and it has been summoned under section 246ZF of the Insolvency Act 1986.
Creditors entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may do so personally or by proxy.
