This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules'). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidators of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Jonathan Gribble and Andrew Rosier, of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton, BLl 4QZ. The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a Liquidation committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 18 August 2026 and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee; 2. That the Joint Liquidator be able to draw his outstanding Statement of Affairs fee in the sum of £5,000.00 plus VAT. 3. That the basis of the Joint Liquidator's fees be fixed by reference to the time properly given by him and his staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, to a limit of £15,308.00, such time to be charged at the charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken; and 4. That the Joint Liquidator be authorised to draw "Category 2" expenses, calculated on the basis detailed in the Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited's summary.
