Notice is hereby given that a physical meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company is being convened by Samantha Ellen Hawkes, to be held at 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham, B3 1UP on 30 June 2026 at 10.00 am for the purpose provided for in section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The meeting was requested by creditors and it has been summoned under Section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 15.6 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016.
