Notice is given that under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") that the Company was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Andrew J Cordon (IP No. 9687) both of CFS Restructuring LLP, 22 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ were appointed as Joint Liquidators by the creditors on 11 June 2026.
Notice is further given, that the creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 23 July 2026 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidators at CFS Restructuring LLP, 22 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ. Notice is hereby given under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rules 6.14 and 15.8 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that a physical meeting of the creditors of the above named Company is being convened by Oliver Nicholas Lee. The prescribed proportion of creditors have requested a physical meeting of the Company under Section S46ZE(3) and therefore the virtual meeting procedure has been superseded.
