Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) that the liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors for the purpose of That the creditors confirm the nomination of the liquidator appointed by the members as liquidator of the company listed below;; Where two or more liquidators are appointed, in accordance with section 231, confirm that any acts can be done by any one or more of them;; That a liquidation committee will not be established unless sufficient valid nominations are received by the convenor, in writing, by the decision date.that the creditors approve the payment to the nominated liquidator of the costs of assisting in the preparation of the Statement of Affairs and of convening this decision procedure in the sum of £3,025 plus VAT and disbursements. The meeting will be held on 01 June 2026, at 10:15.
