To confirm the appointment of Fiona Grant and Joseph Fox of FRP Advisory Trading Limited as Liquidators of the company; 2. That a creditors’/liquidation committee is NOT established; 3. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.
