Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules").
It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY.
A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:
1. That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 25 April 2024.
2. That the Joint Liquidators’ additional fees of £39,185 plus VAT be approved, being the estimated time costs in addition to those originally estimated and approved.
The meeting will be held at 1130 am on 26 April 2024.

Nicholas Cusack and David Perkins were appointed Joint Liquidators on 24 February 2020. Grace Jones of Parker Andrews Limited replaced Nicholas Cusack as Joint Liquidator pursuant to an order of the High Court on 24 January 2024. David Perkins remains as Joint Liquidator.
