Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company (the ‘conveners’) are seeking a decision from creditors on forming a Liquidation Committee, and if one is not formed, to approve the Joint Liquidators’ fees for preparing the statement of affairs and to fix the basis of the Joint Liquidators’ remuneration by way of a virtual meeting.
