A virtual meeting of the creditors of STB Events Ltd T/a Shoot the Bull is to take place for the purpose of considering decisions concerning the following matters:

2. That the basis of the Liquidators’ remuneration be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the office-holder and the office-holder’s staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, as detailed in the fees estimate/information provided to creditors.

3. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.

4. That a creditors’ committee is not established.
