At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 18 Longniddry Farm Road, Longniddry, EH32 0FX (and attended remotely) on 01 April 2026 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

A virtual meeting of the creditors of Mj Motorsport Limited is to take place for the purpose of considering decisions concerning the following matters: 1. That creditors decide on the nomination of a Liquidator. It is proposed that Kelly Burton and Joseph Fox, of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, be appointed Joint Liquidators and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators, may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time. 2. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation. 3. That a creditors’ committee is not established.The meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams, on 01 April 2026, at 11.15 am.
