This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules").
It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The establishing of a Liquidation Committee; 2. That Parker Andrews Limited be paid in the sum of £4,000 plus VAT plus expenses in respect of convening the procedure to seek a decision from creditors on the nomination of a liquidator and for the preparation of the statement of affairs; such fees to be paid from the assets of the company; and 3. The basis of time properly given by the Joint Liquidators and their staff in attending to matters as set out in the fees estimate, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by Parker Andrews Limited at the time the work is performed (plus VAT).

This virtual meeting will be recorded in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded.
