The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a Liquidation committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 17 March 2026 and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee. 2. That the basis of the Liquidator’s fees be fixed by reference to the time properly given by him and his staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, to a limit of £12,931.00, such time to be charged at the charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken. 4.
