Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.12 of The Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018 that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held on, on 04 March 2026, at 11.00 am (the Decision Date). A resolution to wind up the Company is to be considered on 04 March 2026. Decisions to be sought are: The creditors nomination of a Liquidator. It is proposed that Charlotte Jobling and Avner Radomsky of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 1QQ, be appointed. Charlotte Jobling and Avner Radomsky are qualified to act as insolvency practitioners in relation to the above; Whether a liquidation committee should be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a committee and if so, who the creditors wish to nominate for membership of the committee. If a Liquidation Committee is not established: That the unpaid pre-appointment costs in respect of the preparation of the Statement of Affairs and for assistance given in seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of a liquidator in the sum of £1,750, exclusive of VAT and disbursements, of RG Insolvency be approved for payment. In order to be counted a creditor’s vote must be accompanied by a proof in respect of the creditor’s claim (unless it has already been given). A vote will be disregarded if a creditor’s proof in respect of their claim is not received by 4pm on the business day before the meeting date.
