Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Directors of the above-named Company (the 'conveners') are seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of a Liquidator and a decision relating to the fee payable for preparation of the statement of affairs by way of a virtual meeting, and a decision on the Liquidator's fees and expenses. A resolution to wind up the company will be considered on 2 February 2026.
The meeting will be held as a virtual meeting via Google Meet on 2 February 2026 at 12.00 noon.
