NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an adjourned virtual meeting of creditors is to be held at 11:00am on 5 February 2026, via Microsoft Teams Conference Call, for the purpose of considering the following resolutions:
That a Liquidation Committee be established if sufficient nominations by 4 February 2026 are received and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee.
That Opus Restructuring LLP be paid in the sum of £4,000 plus VAT plus expenses in respect of convening the procedure to seek a decision from creditors on the nomination of Liquidators and £4,000 plus VAT plus expenses for the preparation of the Statement of Affairs; such fees to be paid from the assets of the Company.
That the basis of the Joint Liquidators` fees be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Joint Liquidators and their staff in attending to matters arising in the winding up of the Company; such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by the firm at the time when the work is performed.
That The Wow Company Limited, in connection with the preparation of the Statement of Affairs, be paid £1,000 plus VAT.
That the pre appointment fees and expenses for ERA Solutions Limited be paid in the sum of £525 plus VAT.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proofs to Mark Percival via email at the above email address, before 4pm on the business day before the meeting.
