That a Liquidation Committee be established if sufficient nominations by 4pm on 29 January 2026 are received and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee. 2. That the Joint Liquidators’ additional fees of £41,547.00 plus VAT be approved, being the estimated time costs in addition to those originally estimated and approved.
