This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. The virtual meeting will be held as follows:

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 4pm on 26 November 2026. 2. That the basis of the Joint Liquidators’ fees be fixed as a fixed fee of £40,000 plus 15% of realisations plus VAT.

The meeting will be held on 27 November 2026 at 12.00 noon. To access the virtual meeting, which will be held via a telephone conferencing platform, contact the convener – details below.

This virtual meeting will be recorded in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting.
