This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). That the basis of the Joint Liquidators' fees be fixed as a fixed fee of £50,000, plus 20% of realisations, plus VAT. The meeting will be held on 8 October 2026at 12.00 noon.
