This Notice is given under Rule 7.55 and Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY.
Creditors are invited to attend a virtual meeting for the purposes of considering the following: That a liquidation committee be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of the committee and that Nimish Patel of Hudson Weir Limited, 58 Leman Street, London, E1 8EU be appointed to act as Joint Liquidator of CarbonTrack UK Ltd for the purposes administering the estate and that the Joint Liquidators may act jointly and severally in relation to the appointment. The meeting will be held on 24 April 2024 at 10.00 am. Details of how to access the virtual meeting can be requested by contacting Jake Goosey using the email address provided below.
The virtual meeting will be recorded (video and audio) in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded including recordings of your facial image. Where any recording of the meeting also entails the processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
Creditors are invited to nominate creditors (which may include themselves) by completing the nomination form provided with this notice and returning it to the Joint Liquidator. Nominations can only be accepted if the Joint Liquidator is satisfied as to the nominated creditor’s eligibility under Rule 17.4 of the Rules.

All committee nominations and proofs of debt must be delivered by 4pm on 23 April 2024. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 10.00 am on 24 April 2024.
By way of reminder, Nicholas Cusack was appointed as Liquidator of CarbonTrack UK Ltd (“the Company”) on 8 August 2023 following a resolution from creditors. I confirm that Nicholas Cusack was removed as officeholder by an Order of the Court dated 24 January 2024 and I, Grace Jones, and David Perkins were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on the same date. We are licensed to act as insolvency practitioners in the UK by the ICAEW.
