This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. The virtual meeting will be held as follows:
A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That the basis of the former Liquidator’s and Joint Liquidators’ fees be fixed by reference to the time properly given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the winding up of the Company, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by the firm at the time when the work is performed.

This virtual meeting will be recorded in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded. Where any recording of the meeting also entails the processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

All proofs of debt must be delivered by4pm on 18 June 2024. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 11:30am on 19 June 2024.
By way of reminder, Nicholas Cusack was appointed as Liquidator on 3 May 2023 following the presentation of a petition for the compulsory winding up of the Company. I confirm that Nicholas Cusack was removed as officeholder by an Order of the Court dated 24 January 2024 and I, Grace Jones, and David Perkins were appointed Joint Liquidators’ of the Company on the same date.
