NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the creditors of the above named company which is in liquidation, are required, on or before 7 September 2026 to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned, Jonathan Paul Philmore of Philmore & Co Ltd, Yorkshire House, 7 South Lane, Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, HD9 1 HN, the liquidator of the company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the liquidator to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved this debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt was proved. A first and final dividend will be declared within 2 months of the last date for proving.

Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward their proofs to me.

The decision to establish a liquidation committee may be made by the Company's creditors and/or by its contributories. Where the decision is made by both the creditors and the contributories, the committee is to be established in accordance with the Rules. Where the decision is made only by the creditors, the committee is to be established in accordance with the Rules unless the court orders otherwise. The Liquidator must seek a decision from the creditors and contributories as to whether a liquidation committee should be established if requested, in accordance with the Rules, to do so by one-tenth in value of the Company's creditors.

The Liquidator does not propose to seek a decision from the Company's creditors or contributories for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee.
