This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules").

The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That the basis of the Joint Liquidators’ fees be agreed on the basis of a fixed fee of £40,000 plus 20% of realisations, plus VAT.
