This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting Brian Burke of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 20 St Andrew Street, London, EC4A 3AG and Dane O'Hara of Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group, 5th Floor, Grove House, 248a Marylebone Road, London, NW1 6BB.
A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a liquidation committee be established if sufficient nominations are received. 2. That the fees of the Joint Administrators’, Brian Burke of Quantuma Advisory Limited and Dane O’Hara of Leonard Curtis Limited be fixed by reference to the time given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken and in line with the fees estimate. 3. The removal of the current Joint Administrators, to be replaced by Glyn Mummery and Emma Priest of FRP Trading Advisory Limited as Joint Administrators
