This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Administrators of the Company and the conveners of the meeting, David Kemp (IP No 24510) and Richard Hunt (IP No 21772) both of SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London, E14 9XQ.A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals. 2. The establishing of a Creditors’ Committee, if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a Committee. 3. The basis of the Joint Administrators’ remuneration from and including 26 March 2024. 4. The timing of the Joint Administrators’ discharge. As a result of the requirement to hold a physical meeting, any original decision procedure or deemed consent procedure commenced to consider the above proposed decisions is superseded. The meeting will be held at Conference Room, Wedlake Bell LLP, 71 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4V 4AY at 10.00 am on 31 May 2024. The convener has discretion to permit remote attendance to the meeting. Creditors wishing to attend either in person or remotely must contact the convener by midday on 30 May 2024 providing details of the full name(s) of those wishing to attend.
