A meeting of creditors it to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The establishing of a Creditors’ Committee, if sufficient nominations are received by 7 January 2026 and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee. 2. The basis of the Joint Administrators’ fees. 3. The approval of the pre-Administration costs. 4. The timing of the Joint Administrators’ discharge.
