Creditors & Customers are invited to attend an initial creditors' and customers' meeting in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Rules, by way of a physical meeting for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That the Joint Special Administrators’ Statement of Proposals be approved. 2. That a Customers and Creditors’ Committee be established if sufficient nominations are received at the meeting on 12 December 2025 and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee. 3. That the Joint Special Administrators’ fees be fixed by reference to the time given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Special Administration, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken and in accordance with the Fees Estimate. 4. That the Joint Special Administrators be authorised to discharge all Category 2 expenses, calculated on the bases detailed in Opus Restructuring LLP’s summary. 5. That the unpaid pre-Special Administration costs set out in the Joint Special Administrators’ Proposal be approved.

The meeting will be held at 11.00 am on 12 December 2025 at Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ.

Customers and creditors wishing to attend remotely must contact the Convener by 11:00am on 11 December 2025. Please contact the Joint Special Administrators (details below) to receive instructions on how to access the meeting via an online conferencing platform. This meeting will be recorded video and/or audio in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded including recordings of your facial image. Where any recording of the meeting also entails the processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

Entitlement to vote - A creditor or customer is only entitled to vote if details in writing of the debt (for creditors) or relevant funds claim has been given to the Joint Special Administrators not later than 11:00am, (GMT) on 11 December 2025, being the business day before the day fixed for the meeting, and such debt or relevant funds claim (as applicable) has been duly admitted under Rules 52 or 56 of the Rules, and any proxy which is intended to be used is lodged with the Joint Special Administrators prior to this advertised meeting.
