Notice is hereby given that on 24 August 2026, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Aberdeen by VIGIPRO SECURITY & FM LTD (company registration number SC728089) (the Company) and having its registered office at Suite 4, International Base Greenwell Road, East Tullos Industrial Estate, Aberdeen AB12 3AX seeking inter alia the making of an Administration Order in terms of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 in respect of the Company and to appoint Jessica Barker and Alan Fallows, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Xeinadin Corporate Recovery Limited, 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester M2 3BD and Brian Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB to be the Joint Administrators of the Company; In which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 24 August 2026, allowed all persons claiming an interest therein to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, Castle Street, Aberdeen AB10 1WP, if so advised, within a period of eight days after such intimation, advertisement and service; all of which notice is hereby given.
