NOTICE OF RELEVANT FUNDS SOFT BAR DATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATION 20 OF THE PAYMENT AND ELECTRONIC MONEY INSTITUTION INSOLVENCY REGULATIONS 2021

DUNCAN PERRING (IP 021850) AND JAMES BENNETT (IP 020490), of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, The Colmore Buildings, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT were appointed as special administrators (the "Joint Special Administrators”) of EURO EXCHANGE SECURITIES UK LIMITED (in special administration) (the "Company”) on 11 June 2026 pursuant to The Payment and Electronic Money Institution Insolvency Regulations 2021 (as amended) (the "Regulations”).
The Joint Special Administrators hereby give notice, in accordance with Regulation 20 of the Regulations, as follows:
1. The Joint Special Administrators consider that it is necessary, in order to expedite the return of relevant funds, to set a soft bar date of 17:00 (BST) on 5 SEPTEMBER 2026 (the “Relevant Funds Soft Bar Date”) for the submission of claims for the return of relevant funds (a “Relevant Funds Claim”).
2. The Joint Special Administrators consider that the time between publication of this Relevant Funds Soft Bar Date notice, and the Relevant Funds Soft Bar Date, is a reasonable amount of time for customers to be able to calculate and submit their Relevant Funds Claim.
3. This notice will be:
(a) sent to all customers of the Company whose Relevant Funds Claims the Joint Special Administrators are aware of, provided the Joint Special Administrators have a means of contacting them;
(b) sent to all those persons whom the Joint Special Administrators believe have a right to assert a security interest or other entitlement over the asset pool, provided the Joint Special Administrators have a means of contacting them;
(c) placed in the London Gazette;
(d) advertised in The Times;
(e) published on the Administrators’ website at www.ips-docs.com; and
(f) sent to the FCA.
4. The purpose of the Relevant Funds Soft Bar Date is to allow the Joint Special Administrators to commence the process for assessing submitted Relevant Funds Claims in order to make distributions of relevant funds to customers in accordance with the terms of a Distribution Plan to be prepared by the Joint Special Administrators pursuant to Rule 112(1) of the Payment and Electronic Money Institution Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2021 (the “Rules”).
5. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Relevant Funds Soft Bar Date, the Joint Special Administrators must make a distribution of relevant funds from the asset pool to persons who are entitled to them under their claims in accordance with Regulation 20(4) of the Regulations.
6. Unless you submit your Relevant Funds Claim prior to the Relevant Funds Soft Bar Date, the Joint Special Administrators will not be able to guarantee that your Relevant Funds Claim will be included in the distribution of relevant funds to be made after the Relevant Funds Soft Bar Date.
7. Subject to Regulation 20(8), once the Joint Special Administrators have returned relevant funds after the Relevant Funds Soft Bar Date, no payment or part of any payment made to any person under the distribution may be recovered for the purpose of meeting a late claim in accordance with Regulation 20(7) of the Regulations.
8. 9. If you have been sent this notice, it does not mean that you necessarily have a Relevant Funds Claim or are otherwise entitled to receive a distribution of relevant funds.
