This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY.
A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 8 July 2026 and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee; 2. That the Joint Administrators be discharged from liability in respect of any action undertaken by them pursuant to Paragraph 98 of Schedule B1 of the Act, such discharge to take effect when the appointment of Joint Administrators ceases to have effect, as defined by the Act, unless the court specifies a time; 3. That the Joint Administrators’ fees be fixed by reference to the time given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Administration, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken; 4. That the unpaid pre-Administration costs set out in the Joint Administrators’ Proposal and further highlighted in this report be approved.
