Pursuant to Paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) and Rule 28 of The Payment and Electronic Money Institution Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2021, notice is hereby given that an initial meeting of the creditors and customers of the Institution will be held at the place, date and time specified in this notice for the purposes of considering the Joint Special Administrators’ proposals and the establishment of a Creditors’ Committee.
The initial meeting of the creditors and the customers will be held at the offices of Azets Holdings Limited, Regis House, 45 King William Street, London EC4R 9AN on 5 February 2026 at 11.00 am.
Should any creditor or customer wish to attend the physical meeting remotely they should provide confirmation of their email address to the Joint Special Administrators and they will be provided with a link to the meeting.
A creditor or customer is only entitled to vote if details in writing of the debt claimed to be due have been delivered to the Joint Special Administrators not later than 12:00 (midday) UK time on 4 February 2026, that such debt has been admitted under the relevant provisions of Rules 52 and 56 of The Payment and Electronic Money Institution Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2021;and that any proxy which is intended to be used has been lodged with the Joint Special Administrators prior to the meeting.
For the purposes of Paragraph 49(6), Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) and Rule 26(9)(b) of The Payment and Electronic Money Institution Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2021, a copy of the statement of proposals can be obtained from the Joint Special Administrators free of charge, by a member of the Institution as well as the Payment Systems Regulator, who should apply in writing to the Joint Special Administrators at Azets Holdings Limited, Gladstone House, 77/79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY.
